After having relocated a dozen times in my life, I was apprehensive about moving to New Mexico and finding the perfect home in which to reside during my retirement.  In anticipation of the move, I searched for a Realtor, via the Internet, who would assist me in this process.  The first one to respond was Paul Taylor.  His website was easy to follow and, more importantly, his approach was amiable and collaborative.  I called Paul when I arrived in Rio Rancho and he was responsive to my description of the style and location of the home I desired.  He was also very knowledgeable about my financial status and kept me focused on purchasing the appropriate home.  Needless to say, I was relieved to have found the "perfect" home in only six weeks of searching.  I doubt that this would have been possible without Paul's persistence, knowledge, and patience.  I have recommended his service to relatives, friends, and neighbors.

Paul Taylor has been above and beyond professional, treating every sale as important no matter the dollar amount.  When we decided to move to Albuquerque from the Washington DC area one year ago, Paul was prompt in answering inquiries and eager to set up appointment times that accommodated our travel dates.  He was very courteous, professional, and patient.  He had great knowledge about schools, crime rates, and the various types of pertinent neighborhood information.  He agreed to take us around for the entire weekend we were scheduled to be here.  He had lined up houses for us to see, all of them matching the specifications we had given him.  We found our house the very first day and even though there were 3 other bidders for our house he encouraged us to try anyway.  Our bid was accepted and for not one cent over the asking price!  He handled our paperwork very efficiently, he had great contacts throughout the city that he recommended for various services and all of them have been wonderful.  We have called Albuquerque home since January of 2006 and Paul made the first and most lasting impression of what Albuquerque people are made of.  Paul has become someone we trust, and as a matter of fact he was the first and only person we recommended to our family who wants to move here from Maryland.  We cannot wait until he sells them their home as well.  Thanks for all of your hard work and commitment to helping people find a place to call home.
